Are you having a hard time “coming up for air” from your busy work and home schedule?

Have you experienced a traumatic event or stressful experience that is impacting your life and work?

Do you have persistent and distressing “sticky” thoughts that make it difficult for you to enjoy the things you love?

Are you a medical or mental health professional that is feeling burned out from the system and constant exposure to trauma?

I work from a trauma-informed and body-based lens, helping you gently and collaboratively navigate your experiences at a pace that feels right for you. I honor your strengths, resources, and resilience that are already within you.

My specialities

MY approaches

  • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)

ERP is an evidenced based therapy for the treatment of OCD that draws on cognitive-behavioral approaches to help address your core fears.

  • DANCE / MOVEMENT THERAPY (DMT)

DMT is a body based approach to therapy that helps an individual integrate the body, mind and spirit. DMT can be used with all ages and no movement or dance experience is required. I am additionally trained two other body based approaches, including sensorimotor psychotherapy and yoga informed therapy and incorporate mindfulness into my practice.

  • SUPPORTIVE TALK THERAPY

I draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and relational-cultural therapy approaches to assist you in working towards living a life in alignment with your values. I aim to foster mutual empathy within the therapeutic relationship

  • Healing Centered / Social Justice Informed

I work from a healing centered and social justice informed lens. It is important that we acknowledge the impact and role of systemic oppression in our world and how this affects our mental wellbeing.

  • Thank you for you. You have been through a lot and I am honored that you are here.
